Early sketches tested mechanical equivalents of feathers and talons. ZBrush sculpts established the silhouette before Blender carried the geometry through rigging. PBR texturing balanced fresh metal sheen with battle wear so the asset could read as a veteran of the ring. The final model shipped game-ready.
